We have a strong standard we promise to uphold to you in regards to your investment property. If we do not uphold these standards, we will arrange one month free management for your property.
1) Communication – We will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.
2) Rental Guarantee – We are determined to ensure that your rent is paid each month; it will not be more than 7 days overdue at any given time.
3) Regular Payments – We ensure that your payments are made weekly into your bank account; and if there is no funds in your rental account on the disbursement day we will notify you immediately.
4) Periodic Inspections – We will conduct inspections every quarter and provide you with a detailed report complete with photos, feedback and suggestions for your property.
5) Leasing – When leasing your property we will ensure there is two inspections held each week.
